Activity Waiver And Release Of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the activity (the “Activity”), I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree as follows:

1. I am aware that the Activity involves risks, including the risk of physical or emotional harm, and I freely and voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releases or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation;

2. I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and well-being during the Activity and that I must follow all rules and instructions given to me by the activity organizers;

3. I release and hold harmless the activity organizers, their respective affiliates, employees, agents, and assigns (collectively, the “Releases”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or losses of any kind, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that may arise out of or in any way related to my participation in the Activity, including but not limited to any claims for personal injury, death, or property damage;

4. This waiver and release of liability shall be binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns;

5. I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver and release of liability and that I am signing it freely and voluntarily.
